PARIS SARGOLOGOS
Partner
Paris Sargologos is an Architect by training and graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. After working for various architectural practices in London, Athens and New Delhi, in 2011 he set off on his own, working as general contractor and as a developer.
Paris is currently mainly focused on renovation projects in which he identifies and enjoys highlighting unique architectural elements, creating a distinct style and value add to the property. Paris’s passions are art and basketball.
STEFANOS SARGOLOGOS
Partner
Stefanos Sargologos is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of solid management experience in multiple corporate roles with expertise in sale and marketing.
Aside from his extensive corporate experience, Stefanos developed and managed a small and diverse portfolio of around 40 residential and commercial properties in Greece. Stefanos is currently active in turn-key interior fitting in Asia, and is participating in multiple real estate projects in the SEA.
Stefanos has a BSc in Physical Sciences with focus in Math and Marketing from University College London, UK.
Stefanos lives in Athens with his family.
EVELYNA KROMMIDA
Operations Manager
Evelyna has been involved in office organization and support since the first day she entered the job market.
As an office administrator, she keeps the office running efficiently and she makes sure everything goes smoothly and is well-organized.
Evelyna lives in Athens with her husband. She loves swimming, cooking and reading.
ALEX CRAIG
Partner
Alex has been active in real estate and private equity investing in the US, Europe and Asia for over a decade. Alex is a co-founder of Liberty Street Partners, a real estate investment company that since 2014 has been buying and renovating high yield multifamily properties in the mid-Hudson Valley in New York state. Alex’s background is as a commodities trader, and as a real estate and Energy Transition infrastructure developer. Alex is currently partner at Aleph Commodities, an Energy Transition trading and investment company based in London, UK.
Alex has a BA and MA from University College London, UK, and lives in London, UK with his two children and a very large dog.

ANNA KOKA
Architectural Associate
Anna studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, where she graduated in 2018 with honors. During her studies she participated in various architectural conferences and lectures, both in Greece and abroad.
In addition to her architectural and real estate developer role with Omikron, she runs an architectural practice in Athens, developing architectural projects and participating in national and international competitions, gaining several distinctions. Anna enjoys table tennis and photography.
